Unfortunately, we do not offer a deferment option to a future year.
If you are unable to attend the Diplo's Run Club event that you initially registered for, and you purchased refund protection with your registration you can submit a claim with our third party carrier.
Claims are subject to certain terms and conditions. Those details and the claim form can be fund HERE.
If you did not purchase refund protection with your registration, we do have other possible solutions:
You can transfer your registration to a friend or family member.
Transfer to a different city on the DRC tour.
PLEASE NOTE:
The deadline to transfer your registration to a friend/family member is three weeks (21 days) prior to the given event date, and the deadline to transfer to a different city on the current tour is two weeks (14 days) prior to the event date of your original city.
In both transfer instances, add-ons will not be transferred. All add-ons will be canceled and no refund given.
