You will need to have the Dispel VPN client installed, and have an offline profile to connect.
Open the Dispel VPN client and navigate to settings
Enable
Offline Mode
Hit
Import profile
Navigate to your offline profile and open it. If you do not have an offline profile please reach out to your administrator.
You may now select your profile and connect with the
Connectbutton!
