Dispel supports the ability to connect to a Virtual Desktop with multiple computer monitors. This guide will walk a user through the steps necessary to use this functionality.
First, reserve a VDI through the normal means outlined in this guide:
Next, click Quick Connect
This will whitelist your IP address to connect to the VDI.
We will not be using the downloaded RDP file in this scenario.
Now, Launch your local RDP application
Right click the windows symbol and hit “run”
Type “mstsc.exe” and hit enter
In the Remote Desktop Connection, expand Show Options
Copy & paste your IP and user name from the Dispel console
Click the “Display” tab and check “Use all my monitors for the remote session”
Click Connect and then paste your password from the Dispel Dashboard when prompted
