Transferring Merchant Coverage to Disputifier
If you are currently using another alert provider and would like to switch to Disputifier, you will need to request that your coverage be transferred. This process involves contacting your current provider and ensuring all outstanding bills and invoices have been paid before the transfer can take place.
To make this transition as smooth as possible, we have provided a template message that you can send to your existing provider:
Hello team,
We respectfully request that our Ethoca & Verifi coverage be transferred to Disputifier, effective no later than [date 7-10 days in the future]. Please follow the instructions below to ensure a seamless transfer. Thank you for your help.
Ethoca
If you currently have Ethoca coverage, please email Ethoca to request that all descriptors be transferred to Disputifier, LLC. Be sure to include your company name and current Ethoca ID in the email. It is important to also CC hello@disputifier.com on this transfer request so that we can provide our Ethoca ID.
Verifi
For Verifi coverage, they will do direct transfers of BINs & CAIDs (for RDR). They have provided a form attached to this email that you will need to fill out and follow the instructions on. To expedite this process, please make sure to CC hello@disputifier.com and knowledge.walker@verifi.com on the transfer request email.
