This guide will walk you through the process of integrating Netivia with Disputifier by sending a user invite to onboarding@disputifier.com and notifying their support team via chat.


Step 1: Send a User Invite from Netivia to Disputifier

To grant Disputifier access to your Netivia account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Netivia account

    • Go to your Netivia dashboard.

    • Ensure you have admin privileges to send invites.

  2. Navigate to User Management

    • Look for Settings or Team Management (varies by Netivia version).

    • Select Invite User or Add New User.

  3. Enter Disputifier’s Email & Set Permissions

    • Email: onboarding@disputifier.com

    • Username: Choose a username for Disputifier (e.g., disputifier_support).

    • Permissions: Grant the necessary access (e.g., chargeback management, transaction visibility).

  4. Send the Invitation

    • Confirm and send the invite.

    • Disputifier will accept the invite to begin integration.


Step 2: Notify Disputifier via Chat Support

After sending the invite, inform Disputifier’s support team with the following details:

  1. Send a Chat Message

    • Visit Disputifier’s support chat (website or app).

    • Provide the following details:

      • Your Store URL / Business Name:

        • Example: https://yourstore.com or "Your Business LLC"

      • Disputifier Username You Set:

        • Example: disputifier_support

  2. Wait for Confirmation

    • Disputifier’s team will verify the invite and complete the integration.
