Netevia has updated the way account access is managed and no longer allows merchants to create additional users.
To complete your Disputifier integration, you'll need to securely provide your master Netevia account credentials through the integration and share your multi-factor authentication (MFA) QR code separately with our team.
Step 1: Enter Your Netevia Login Credentials
Head on over to your account with us and to Settings > Integrations
Locate Netivia
Click Add
During the integration process, you'll be prompted to provide your Netevia login credentials.
Please enter:
Username
Password
The MID associated with Netevia
Click Save
Step 2: Share Your Authenticator QR Code
Once you've entered your credentials, you'll also need to provide the QR code used to set up your authenticator app for your Netevia account.
You can send the QR code to us by either:
Live Chat with our Support team, or
Email to the onboarding team at onbarding@disputifier.com
Our team will use this QR code to configure secure multi-factor authentication and complete the integration.
Step 3: Notify Our Team
After you've submitted your credentials and shared the authenticator QR code, let our onboarding team know that everything has been sent.
Please include:
Your Store URL or Business Name
Confirmation that you've submitted your Netevia credentials through the integration
Confirmation that you've shared the authenticator QR code via live chat or email
Once we've verified everything, we'll complete the integration and notify you when your Netevia account is connected.
