Setting up Alerts is a quick and streamlined process, tailored to maximize your experience with the support of our expert team. Ethoca and CDRN take approximately 2–3 business days to go live. Activation excludes weekends and U.S. holidays.Before enrolling in alerts, collaborator access must be granted to your store. This is a required step for activation.
RDR takes about 1–2 weeks.
You will receive an email notification once each program (Ethoca, CDRN, or RDR) becomes active. Additionally, the status in your Disputifier dashboard will change from "In Progress" to "Active" once activation is complete. Ensure that notification settings are enabled in your account to receive alerts.
