Accessing Security Settings
1. Log in to your DIVACS account
2. Locate and click your profile image in the top right corner of the header
3. In the dropdown menu, click the profile icon next to your name
4. The User Profile page will open
5. Navigate to the 'Account Security' tab
How to Reset Your Password
1. In the Account Security section, locate the password management area
2. Click the 'Reset Password' button
3. You'll be redirected to a secure password reset page
4. Enter your new password, following these requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Include uppercase and lowercase letters
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one special character
5. Confirm your new password by entering it again
6. Click 'Reset Password' to save your new password
How to Reset Your MFA Settings
1. In the Account Security section, scroll to the MFA management area
2. Review your current MFA status, which displays:
- Active MFA method
- Last modification date
3. Click the Reset MFA button
4. Confirm your decision to reset MFA
5. Your current MFA will be deactivated immediately
6. On your next login, you'll be prompted to set up new MFA
Setting Up New MFA After Reset
During your next login, you'll be guided through the MFA setup process:
1. Choose your preferred MFA method:
- Authenticator app (recommended)
- SMS verification
- Email verification
2. Follow the on-screen instructions for your chosen method
3. Save backup codes in a secure location incase you don't have access to your device in future.
