Buddy Booking Dashboard:
The person or people with access to the My Business Profile section within the Buddy Booking platform have full control over your dive shop's business details, including:
Business name, logo, and contact info
Activity listings (tours, courses, trips)
Calendar availability
Booking settings
Embedded widgets
If you want someone (like a business partner or shop manager) to update or manage these settings, they must have login access to your Buddy Booking dashboard.
Dive with Buddy App (Team Member Management):
If you'd like someone to manage team member approvals on the app (without changing business details), they only need a Professional Buddy profile. Once added as a Manager by our team, they can:
Accept or deny team member requests on behalf of your shop
Appear as a listed team lead on your public profile
Cannot update any business or booking information
