All team members use their professional profile to request to be added to the team within the Buddy App. As the manager, you will receive a notification in-app to approve or deny the request.
Before you can add team members:
The dive shop must have a 'Manager' listed on the app Dive Business profile.
All team members must have a 'Professional' profile account type (changeable in profile settings).
How to add:
Team members navigate to their profile, scroll to 'Dive Shop', search and add your Dive Business β the request is sent to the Manager.
The Manager receives a 'Notification' in their Inbox to review the team member and role and choose to 'Accept' or 'Deny.'
The manager can also contact their Buddy Business Manager or support@divewithbuddy.com to request team member additions.
