How do I list team members on the Dive Business Profile?

How to add and manage team members for your business.

All team members use their professional profile to request to be added to the team within the Buddy App. As the manager, you will receive a notification in-app to approve or deny the request.

Before you can add team members:

  • The dive shop must have a 'Manager' listed on the app Dive Business profile.

  • All team members must have a 'Professional' profile account type (changeable in profile settings).

How to add:

  1. Team members navigate to their profile, scroll to 'Dive Shop', search and add your Dive Business β€” the request is sent to the Manager.

  2. The Manager receives a 'Notification' in their Inbox to review the team member and role and choose to 'Accept' or 'Deny.'

The manager can also contact their Buddy Business Manager or support@divewithbuddy.com to request team member additions.
