To set up payment fees, follow these steps:
Go to My site in the left navigation bar, and select Payment fees.
Click Add Payment Fee.
Enter a Name for the fee.
Enter a Fixed amount, a Percentage of payment, or both.
Select Taxes to apply to the payment fee.
Click Save.
