Payment options/ fast pay overview

Cash

  1. From the checkout screen press PAY

  2. Use the Cash options to specify the amount of cash the customer will pay with. Click Custom to manually input an amount

  3. The amount of change required will be displayed

  4. For a receipt, click Print receipt or enter the customers email address and click Email receipt

  5. Click Close

Integrated Eftpos

This automatically sends the transaction amount to the eftpos terminal

  1. From the checkout screen press PAY

  2. Click Eftpos

Fast Pay

Fast pay can be linked to one specific payment method, this helps save time by removing the need to choose a payment type and bypassing the receipt screen.

  1. From the checkout screen press Fast pay

  2. Transaction will be processed via the pre-selected payment option

On Account Payment

By creating customer accounts we can set limits on spending and keep a record on what is owed

  1. From the checkout screen press PAY

  2. Click On account Payment

  3. Select the customer account you wish to add the items to

  4. Click Confirm

  5. Select Print receipt, Email receipt or Close

Manual Eftpos

Manual Eftpos is always set up as a backup. This will always auto-accept and an amount can be manually added onto the payment terminal while continuing to use the till for the next customer. This can help with customer processing speed during busy periods.

  1. From the checkout screen press PAY

  2. Click Eftpos Manual

  3. Enter amount in the eftpos terminal and complete transaction

  4. Select Print receipt, Email receipt or Close

Tips

To add tips choose from the options;

  1. Select from a pre-populated percentage amount

  2. Click Custom Tips to select a custom amount, percentage or a total amount to pay. Click OK

Send

This is used for sending an order without taking a payment.

  1. From the checkout screen press Send

  2. Select from the options;

    1. Link to existing order

      1. Select the order for merging

    2. Click Add more information to;

      1. Create a tab

      2. Link the order to a customer

      3. Write an item note

  3. Click Send> to send the docket and hold the order in the order screen
