Steps
In the Checkout screen, select a Menu Category.
Select an item in the Menu Category and add it to the order.
If prompted, select any required Modifiers that may be attached to the item.
To remove an item from your order, press the X button on the right side of the item in the cart.
Once all items have been added to the order, send the order to production or pay for the order.
Sending an order will save the order in the Orders screen. This can be reopened when the customer is ready to pay or if adjustments need to be made to the order.
Press Pay to open the payment screen.
Select a payment method, add a tip to the order, apply loyalty or split the payment.
Once payment is processed, a receipt will print. You can choose to reprint the receipt or email the receipt.

Before processing orders, ensure that your menus are correctly set up.
To view completed sales, navigate to the Transactions screen.
