If your payment is declined after your reservation is confirmed or updated by the marina, follow the steps below to resolve the issue and pay your outstanding balance.
Step 1: Double-Check Your Payment Information
Ensure your credit card number is entered correctly.
Confirm your card has sufficient funds and has not expired.
Step 2: Contact Your Bank
Occasionally, your card may be incorrectly declined by your bank.
If your card information is correct and the payment still fails, contact your bank or credit card provider.
Provide them with the amount and time you attempted the charge so they can authorize the transaction.

Notify Marina to Manually Retry Payment
If your bank flagged the payment for fraud and you’ve approved it:
Log into your Dockwa account.
Select the reservation with the outstanding payment
Click Message Marina
Send a message requesting the marina to retry the payment
Step 4: Confirmation
After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a receipt via email.
