I don't understand the different variables available for the creation of certificates

Creation of certificate

The system detects 2 types of fields for your certificates:

  • Fields to be filled in by the creator (title, skills, group_name, company_name, address, phone_number, declarative_time, training_type, trainer_name)

= Fields that you will have to fill in manually when inserting the certificate in your course.

  • Fields automatically managed by the system (date, participant_name, score, time_spent, participation_start_date, participation_end_date, birthdate, user_address, custom_attribute_1, custom_attribute_2, custom_attribute_3, custom_attribute_4)

= Fields that will be filled in by DOKEOS when the certificate is inserted into your course.

The different variables

To be filled in manually:

  • minimum score (= percentage): percentage that the learner must reach to unlock the certificate;

  • title (= text): the name of the training;

  • skills (= text): the skills acquired by the learner;

  • group_name (= text): the name of the group to which the learner belongs;

  • company_name (= text): the name of your company;

  • address (= text): the address of the company;

  • phone_number (= text): company phone number;

  • declarative_time (= hour): declarative time > if you judge that the training lasts 1 hour, you can indicate this time. Please note: this is not the actual time spent by the learner in the course;

  • training_type (= text): the type of course;

  • trainer_name (= text): the name of trainers.

Manage by DOKEOS:

  • date: the date the certificate was obtained;

  • participant_name: the name of the participant;

  • score: time_spent: the time spent by the learner within the course;

  • participation_start_date: the start date of the course;

  • participation_end_date: the end date of the course;

  • birthdate: the learner's birthday;

  • user_address: the address of the learner;

  • custom_attribute_1 (to 4): custom fields (from 1 to 4).
