Animator attribute
Any user of the platform can be designated as a group "Leader". This new role can be assigned on the user's form or will be assigned automatically if the user is defined as "Leader" when creating a group.

On the other hand, in the administration, on the "Customization" page, you will find a new option to be activated in order to grant the right to "animate" groups to managers.
​Your leaders will become, then, Animators!

These animators will now be able to manage the virtual and face-to-face class modules (by creating and managing sessions for example) as well as correct the projects of the learners in their group. They will also be notified of messages on the group forums that concern them.

Separation of forums by group
Still in the evolution of training sessions, you can now define in a training that the forum will be separated by group. The goal is to have a dedicated exchange space for each group. The trainer of the training will see all the exchanges with the source of each message posted.

Expiring Certificate
It is now possible, when you create a certificate template as an administrator, to set an expiration date for it. This date can be displayed on the certificate as an expiration date info. It will then be up to you to take action with your members to re-train them on the subject.

Red : Button to activate the expiration of the certificate
​Green : Choice of the validity period of the certificate
​Blue : Days before the expiration to send the informative email
​Orange : New variable to use in the template to display the expiration date on the certificate

The management of certificates has been made easier with the creation of a dashboard that includes all the certificates issued on the portal. Sortable by generation date, expiry date and filterable by model or dates, you will be able to manage this part of your training process more easily and serenely.
This dashboard is located in "Settings" > "Certificate tracking".

Direct links
For marketing or communication purposes, you may have already wanted to give the link of a training course or a training module to your learners. Until now, this was impossible because the link contains the learner's participation ID (unique number). This is now possible on the life page of a training.

Orange: Link to the training course
​Blue: Link to one of the training modules
​Caution, this will only work if the learner has registered for the training course beforehand. This link does not allow a learner to register for a course.
