On May the 15th 2023, there was an update on the Dokeos XLMS portal. We detail in this article all the elements deployed in production.
Bug fix
Fix of a bug in the CAS SSO connector creation.
Changes
Added a column "progression" in the OPCO report;
Display the categories in the filters list sorted by A to Z.

Multiple SSO Connectors
When using Dokeos, it is entirely possible to delegate authentication to your existing system (if you have one). Learners arriving on the Dokeos portal will be redirected to the login page of your system and after login, will be redirected to Dokeos. Useful to avoid having to manage passwords everywhere!
Until now, it was only possible to create one SSO connector per type of technology used. Now you can create as many SSO policies as you have systems to connect with Dokeos!
If you are not yet using this feature but would like to implement it, contact your Dokeos consultant now!
Tutoring Messaging
Are your learners struggling? Would you like to be able to coach / tutor your trainees personally? The new feature "Tutoring Messaging" is now available on Dokeos to fulfill these objectives!
Learners and trainers now have a "Messaging" tab in the courses. Under this tab, they have the possibility to create a discussion. Learners can create a discussion with one of the trainers of the course and vice versa. The exchange will be 1 to 1 and completely personalized.
A new page also appears in the left-hand menu: "Messaging". It includes all the discussions created during the training sessions in order to centralize the information for the learners and the trainers.
To enable this feature, just go in the Administration, then Customization, Option and check the toggle "Enable Tutoring Messenger".
