Where do I add proxies?

Proxies can be added in two ways:

  1. When creating an account in Dollphin

  2. In the Proxy tab

On your server, select the "Proxies" tab on the left side of the menu, and then a page will open that will contain all your existing proxies, which you can add, remove and share with your team in the future.

By the way, if you do not use a mobile proxy, then the function Change IP inquiries in the interface should be disabled, as it slows down the process of updating data, because of the eternal waiting for a new IP.

What proxies should I choose?

For Dolphin {Server} there are no specific proxy recommendations, each client is free to choose the proxy it wants to use. It's the mobile proxies that cause the most trouble.

A good choice is 1 proxy for 1 account, but if you have mobile proxies it will be expensive. Give preference to mobile proxies with a wide channel and unlimited traffic. We recommend to put no more than 25-50 social accounts per mobile proxy

If you use modems:

Dolphin {Server} is installed on a virtual server, which, theoretically, is obviously not in your city and/or country. Therefore, you cannot connect directly to the modem. The same goes for the 922 proxy. Therefore, in order for Dolphin {Server} to work with your accounts, you need to buy proxies - IPv4, IPv6 and/or mobile. We do not recommend the use of proxies. Do a split test of the proxies and accounts. If all goes well, then it's your vendor, and if not, run the tests until you "win".

How do I add a proxy?

  1. In this interface, in the upper right corner, click on 'Add Proxy'

  2. In this window you need to specify the type of proxy according to the existing formats (the formats are identical as in Dolphin Anty)

    Possible formats:

*If you want, you can add :name at the end of any parameter.

**If you don't specify the proxy type at the beginning, it will be treated as HTTP

***At the end of each proxy you can specify a link to change the IP in square brackets

  3. After that, select the previously added proxies and click "Check" in the upper left corner.

    Also here you will see:

    • Share

    • Delete

    • Specify proxy expiration date

If everything is okay, it will show the status of "Active", but if the status will be "Error", then check if you have entered everything correctly and selected the correct type of proxy.

It is also worth noting that not all proxies can connect to your server.

    This happens for two reasons:

    • Conflict of geo server with geo proxy, for example: Ukrainian proxies work everywhere except Russian servers. We will not explain the reason for this. In order to have Ukrainian proxies working you need to migrate the server to another location. Check with your supplier the possibility of buying a server in Europe, buy a server, prepare the root access from the old server, the new server and your account on panel.dolphin.ru.com. Write to our support, so we can make you the transfer.

    • Proxy provider or server provider restrictions (you can ask the server or proxy provider to add these proxies to exceptions)

You can check this by adding a proxy in any Antidetect and go to your domain or ip server in the browser. If the site will not load, then the problem with the proxy or server, if it will load, then write to us in support.

  4. To add proxies to many accounts, you need to select them by ticking, then select "three points" - "Change proxies" and make proxies (you can choose from existing) Select random proxies on random profiles, you can not.

At the moment our service ALWAYS supports IPv6 proxies. Feel free to use it.

How do I bind a proxy to my account?

  1. Under accounts, add or select the account you want

  2. Turn on the proxy checkbox, and select the previously added proxies in the 'Existing proxies' field or enter the data by 'Quick input', then save.

How do I unlink my proxy from my account/modify my proxy?

To unlink a proxy from your Dolphin {Server} account, there are two ways:

  1. Click on the account, its editing will open. Disable the slider next to "Proxy" and the proxy will be removed from the account. There you can also choose another proxy or enter a new one.

  2. Select the accounts with a check mark. Select "three dots" at the top of the menu - "Сhange proxy". Choose from existing options or enter a new proxy

Proxy error

Proxy error means that the request did not go through

And you need to look for the reason why it did not go through. For example: it could be because the token is broken, and sometimes updating the token helps to solve the error.

If of course the proxy is active, then contact us.

If it is not active then you need to change it, you can check the proxy here:

We recommend our clients to check their proxies with the usual and most popular checker: proxy6.net/checker

If you see a green checkmark in the column "Status" - everything is ok, if not - proxies are definitely not working and you can write to the provider for a replacement or change the provider. If it shows a green check mark and our proxy does not work in Dolphin Server, then you need to check the same proxy in any antidetector, for example Dolphin Anty

If the antidetector shows that the proxy is active, then go to the Ip or domain of your server in the browser profile using your proxy.

  • If your server opened through a proxy in your browser, then contact us

  • If it does not open, then you need to change either the proxy or geo servers, as some geo do not connect with each other: Ukrainian proxies work everywhere except Russian servers. We will not explain the reason for this. In order to make Ukrainian proxies work, you need to migrate a server to another location. Ask your supplier about the possibility to buy a server in Europe, buy a server, prepare the root access from the old server, from the new server and from your account on the panel.dolphin.ru.com. Write to our support team so we can do the migration for you.
