There are many actions that can be done with each account or all together.

Let's take a look at them:

Adding account(s).

Before you can add them, you'll have to have them already (buy, forage, register - you do it yourself, we don't provide accounts). You can add one account or several at once.

  • Add one: Section "ADS Manager" - Accounts - "Add Account". In the window that opens, enter the Name, token, proxy, cookies, BM token.The token for Business Manager for Dolphin {Server} is needed for some BM operations. To get it, just download the cookies from the social account in the account settings in Dolphin {Cloud} and click on "Automatically detect BM token". If you get an error, it means that there is no active BM or the cookie is invalid.If the BM token is not in the cookie, you can get it manually

    To get a Business Manager token from Facebook, you need:

    • go to BM in FB

    • go to the source code of the site (ctrl+U or cmd + U)

    • via text search (ctrl+F or cmd+F) find the token.

    • The token starts with the symbols EAAG... .

    The account token looks like: EAAbskjfkafj...., any proxy is supported except 922.

  • Add Multiple: ADS Manager - Accounts - Add Account - Add Multiple. Use the format hint. This method is relevant if you are adding 10-100-1000 accounts at once. The most popular format: Name :: access_token :: :: http://host:port:login:password:name :: [{json cookie}] :: account password.

  • Add via Dolphin {Cloud} extension to our Dolphin {anty}. For instructions on how to use the extension, click here.

  • Make sure the proxies you added along with your account are working. You can check both in our interface and with third-party checkers.

I added an account, added cookies, still error ERROR, what to do?

If you have added all the data and the ERROR status still hasn't changed to ACTIVE, try the following:
Select this account with a check mark, then click "three dots" - "Update Token". After that the status should be changed to NEW. Next, repeat the procedure, but press not the three dots, but just the "Verify Token" button. It should become ACTIVE.
If still the status has not changed, try to add these cookies to the antidetect-browser and check authorization by them, if it is not there, then authorize using the password, go to the ADS manager and add new cookies by copying them through the extension as indicated here. Do the same with the token. The account token looks like this: EAAbskjfkafj...... You can get it both through the extension and manually:

  • go to the source code of the site (ctrl+U or cmd + U)

  • use text search (ctrl+F or cmd+F) to find the token.

  • The token starts with the following characters EAAb... .

If authorization by cookies in any anti-detection browser was successful, and we can not get the status ACTIVE - contact support

Adoption of rules

Once you've added accounts to Dolphin, you need to accept the rules of the non-discrimination policy. It's very easy to do: select the accounts by checking the boxes, click the "three dots" on the top menu, then select "Accept rules" and wait for it to complete. Even if you accepted the rules in the browser, it is better to do this point again to be sure.

Updating data

To load (pull up) the advertising accounts, statistics, BMs, select the accounts with checkmarks, click the "Update" button at the top and wait for completion. This will load the account with current information.

If the cabinets and statistics are not pulled up - contact the support team.

Create fan page

If your accounts are new, it is logical to assume that they do not have FPs. To create an FP, you need to do the following: select the accounts with the checkboxes, click "three dots" in the top menu, and then select "Create fan page".

You can generate names for all FPs at once - the refresh button is under "Page name" in the field on the left. Also, you can set the slider for a new type of FP, if you need to create a similar FP. You can only create 1 FP at a time, but if you choose many accounts, you can create 1 FP on all accounts at once. You can select category, disable notifications, upload avatars at once. Also, you can use spintax to randomize the name.

When everything is ready to create, click on "Create" and wait for the result.

Attach bank card

After creating the FP, you need to link the cards to the advertising offices. This is very easy. Select the accounts, which offices you want to process, using the checkboxes, then go to the "Cabinets" tab. Choose the accounts you need, then "Three points" and "Attach bank card".

In this window, enter the card or list of cards in this format: 1111222233334444;01/21;888;CARDHOLDER NAME;ZIP;VAT ID.
⚠️VAT ID (12 digit TIN of the card) - at the moment you can add for geo Ukraine billing.

  • CARDHOLDER NAME;ZIP;VAT ID parameters are optional and not all can be entered. The main thing is to keep the sequence. ZIP is for American cards and can have 5 digits. In this menu there are also parameters of currency of the cabinet, time zone, country of the cabinet and the possibility to set the card as the main one at once on the cabinet, you can change these settings both for all chambers at once and for each separately by clicking on three points to the right of the card display field -

  • After entering the data, check on the right to make sure that the card has been read correctly.

    ⚠️Note the "Parallel execution" and "Pause between ad accounts" sliders.

    This only works if you link cards to accounts from different accounts with different proxies. If the cabinets within the same account, this functionality does not matter. Also, if you have, for example, 10 cards, but the cabinets for the binding of 100, you can distribute the cards (under the field to add maps, you will see "Distribute cards"). If sequentially, the 10 cards will be tied in turn 10 times. The 1st card will be on 1, 11, 21, 31, 41... etc. classrooms, the 2nd card will be on 2, 12, 22, etc. If every N classrooms, the 1st card will be tied to N classrooms, the 2nd card will be tied to the next N classrooms. For example, a total of 100 classrooms, N is set to 12. For the first 12 classrooms the system will try to attach the 1st card, for classrooms from 13th to 25th the 2nd card, etc.

    After selecting the desired data, click "Bind".

Ad accounts management

Allows you to leave inactive or unnecessary cabinets in your account.

Tasks for Fan Page

Fill in bio fan page

When creating a FB, you can enable mass filling of bio for new pages or mass filling of information on already created pages. Our filling is native and for FB is as relevant as possible. This is necessary so that the FB will get more trust and will not bounce so often when ads are served.

Link/Disable insta to Fan Page

Allows you to Link/Disable an Instagram account to your FP. You will also be able to create a BM on that account at the time of linking.

Share fan page

The function is needed for sharing (transferring fan pages) For example: You went to "autoreg" and saw a trusted fan page with age and subscribers. Such a consumable is very necessary in such times. It is desirable to transfer with all the rights and that only you own and use it.

Turn off fan page notifications

This function is needed to disable notifications in the TG by FP that you set up as described here.

Change avatar on Fan Page

Relevant for those who buy ready farming, and there is no avatar on the FP. The functionality can be found in the "Accounts" section.

Create BM

Allows you to create a BM in your account. BM is an acronym, or abbreviation for Business Manager, a tool for managing all pages, advertising accounts, employees, and even fake profiles from a single location. Learn more about the benefits of BM

Why can't I create a BM in Dolphin {Cloud}?
Dolphin {Cloud} is not directly responsible for the failure to create a BM on the FB social account. Most errors and all restrictions are set by Facebook unilaterally. So if your account doesn't create a BM, it means that manually in your browser BM is unlikely to be created. We recommend doing a split test of social account providers before concluding whether it is possible to create a BM in Dolphin {Cloud}.

Get into BM by link

Allows faster access to your BM
What to get the link you need to go to Facebook in the section "People" click "Send Again" and copy the link for a quick invitation. Also, this link you can get to your email in our software. To do this, you need to go to the BM section and click Create invit-links

Page appeal

Imagine that your FP was banned for some reason, this method gives an opportunity to challenge the blocking of the FP (this is not 100% option, but it is worth a try if the FP trust).

Turn off account notifications

You can disable the social account notifications that come in the "bell" on the main FB. This is useful for those who use "trending" accounts on Dolphin. You no longer have to worry that any notifications about adding a friend or sharing a FB account will come to the account and notify the owner.

Turn on/off professional mode

With this functionality, accounts are better moderated and less likely to be banned for outliers.

Share multiple accounts

This function allows you to share certain accounts with your Dolphin {Cloud} users. After clicking on the "Share" button, a window will open where you have to choose with which user you want to share the account and give specific rights to use the account, then just click on "Save" and the account will appear to the user that you shared it with

In the same window, you can remove the rights to use the account for a particular user, for this you just need to select "Remove permissions" and highlight exactly what rights you remove. It can be all or part of the rights

Archive / Unarchive

Allows you to remove from visibility those accounts that you want to keep, but do not need them in work.To archive an account, you must select the account with a tick and click in the top menu of Dolphin {Cloud} button archive account

To remove an account from the archive, you need to click "Filters" in the top menu, select "Show archived", select the account with a check mark, click in the menu above "three dots" - "Unarchive"

Transferring accounts within the same team

Admin can transfer from anywhere and anywhere within his team, the other levels (Timlid, barer, farmer) only their accounts (where they are owners) to any level (from yourself to admin, to another timlid, barer or farmer). The transfer takes place completely with all the information on the cell, so nothing important will not be lost during the transfer!

Deleting an account

⚠️ This function deletes the account completely and irretrievably

Update Token/Renew Token

If the status is ERROR or TOKEN_ERROR, try to add these cookies to the anti-detect-browser and check the authorization with them, if it is not present, then authorize using the password and add new cookies, copying them through an extension as indicated here. Do the same with token using any extension. If the authorization with cookies in any anti-detect browser was successful, and we can not get the ACTIVE status, please contact support.

Filters

A convenient and fast way to filter accounts by available categories or show Archived Accounts.

Tags

Add an account tag by which accounts can be easily sorted in the future, or set the account tag to
"do-not-update" - won't request any data from FB API
"no-comments" - to an account you can be sure that there will be no actions related to comments on this account and its offices.
