If you’re not receiving our emails—or they’re ending up in your spam, junk, or promotions folder—follow the instructions below to make sure our messages reach your inbox.
We recommend whitelisting our domain: @dominion-cs.com
✅ General Tips
Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder
Mark any Dominion emails as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk”
Add @dominion-cs.com to your contacts or safe sender list
📧 Gmail
Go to your Spam or Promotions tab
Find an email from @dominion-cs.com
Open the email and click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right
Select “Filter messages like this”
Click Create filter, then check “Never send it to Spam”
Click Create filter again to confirm
You can also add us to your Contacts:
Hover over the sender’s name
Click “Add to Contacts”
📧 Outlook (Web & Desktop)
Go to your Junk Email folder
Find an email from @dominion-cs.com and right-click it
Select “Mark as not junk” or “Add to Safe Senders”
To manually add us to your safe senders list:
Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings
Choose Mail > Junk email
Under Safe senders and domains, click Add and type:
dominion-cs.com
Click Save
📧 Hotmail / Live / MSN (Microsoft Outlook Web)
Log in and open the Junk folder
Locate an email from @dominion-cs.com
Right-click and choose “Mark as safe” or “Not junk”
To add to your safe list:
Go to Settings > Mail > Junk Email

to Safe senders and domainsClick Save
📧 Apple Mail (Mac or iPhone/iPad)
Open the Mail app
Go to your Junk folder and find our message
Tap Move to Inbox
Tap the sender’s address and choose Add to Contacts
If you're on Mac:
Open Mail > Preferences
Go to the Rules tab
Create a new rule: If From contains dominion-cs.com → Move message to Inbox
