If you see one of the following messages when using Test Settings:
“The test failed – Could not retrieve JustGiving payment summary – status code Forbidden – this may be a problem with your API Key or Charity Id...”
“The test failed – Could not retrieve JustGiving payment summary – status code Unauthorized – this may be a problem with your name or password...”
These errors indicate that the credentials used to access JustGiving are either incorrect or not authorised for API access.
Firstly, double-check that your credentials are correct and there are no erroneous spaces in the fields.
If all is correct and the test still fails, then it may be that the JustGiving API has not been fully activated on your JustGiving account.
