My contact information is not popping up correctly on peoples' phones, what do I do?

First and foremost, check that the other person has successfully saved your contact. When your Doorway is scanned, the recipient must save the contact card before closing the window.

You may need to contact your Admin(s) if you do not have permission to edit your details yourself. You can find your admin contact information via your Home Page: https://app.doorway.io/home
