Actions to take if users have not received their Doorway Welcome Email:

  1. Ask your users to check their ‘spam’ or ‘junk’ email folders.

  2. Resend their Doorway via the Cards & Users Page: https://app.doorway.io/cardholders

  3. Get the users to access their account via their Home Page: https://app.doorway.io/home
