You can share your event with as many participants as you want. Participants can't access event settings and they can edit and remove only their own questions.

To assist you to manage large events, you can invite additional Collaborators in the Event settings.

People you invite to help with your event can do all the actions as a Creator except Delete Event. They can help you prioritize questions for answering using pin function, delete, archive and unarchive questions.
