You can invite another user as a Collaborator to grant them admin permissions for a specific event, helping you manage and run the event effectively.
People you invite to assist with your event can perform all actions as an event creator, except for deleting the event. They can help you prioritize questions for answering using the pin function, as well as delete, archive, and unarchive questions.

How to invite Collaborators to your event
1. Go to your Event settings by clicking the cog icon in the top right corner of the page.
2. Click on Collaboration tab and enter the email address of the user you want to help manage your event in the corresponding field. Then, click + Invite.
Once the new event admin accepts the invitation, you will receive a notification via email, and the user will appear on your collaborator list.
How to remove Collaborators from your event
1. Navigate to you Event settings
2. Click on Collaboration tab and in the collaborator list, you will see a remove icon next to the selected user. Click it to remove the admin.
