Each transaction you make with your dosh card sends a notification to your smartphone. This is a great way for us to confirm your purchase, and will also alert you to any suspicious transactions.
If you notice any transactions in your dosh app transaction list that weren't made by you, please place a Temporary Lock on your card immediately. You can do this from the Card section of your app.
Then, please select Lost or Stolen, and follow the steps to permanently cancel your card, report the activity and order a replacement card. Please note, there is a replacement card fee of $15.
