If your mobile device has been lost or stolen, you can prevent unauthorised payments being made with your card on Apple Pay or Google Pay by:

1. Remotely locking your Apple or Google device using Apple's Find My app service or Google's Find My Device app service. The ability to make payments on the device is suspended when it is put in Lost Mode
2. Permanently erasing all the data on your device using the Find My or Find My Device app service. All your card information will be deleted from the device.
3. Placing a temporary block on your physical Dosh Card via the Dosh app.
4. Report your Dosh card lost or stolen from the dosh app, following the instructions provided
