If your Dosh Visa Debit Card is lost or stolen, you can cancel it and order a replacement from within your Dosh app.

If you have misplaced your Dosh Visa Debit Card, we recommend putting a Temporary Lock on it from within the Card section of your app. Simply toggle across to the right. When your card shows up, just toggle back to the left to unlock it.

If your card has been permanently lost, or stolen, open your Dosh app, tap on Card and select Lost or Stolen.

Follow the prompts to cancel your Dosh Visa Debit Card and order a replacement. Please note, a $10 card replacement fee will apply.

Tip: Your replacement card will come with a new number, expiry date and CVC. Make sure you add these new details to all your saved online platforms, eg Vodafone, Uber, UberEats, My Lotto, etc.
