If you need to change your password in Doto, follow these simple steps
How to reset your password (Web & Mobile)
Go to the Doto login page or open the Doto app.
Tap Forgot password? under the login form.
Enter the email address connected with your Doto account.
Tap Send reset link.
You’ll see a confirmation screen: Check your email.
Open your email inbox and find the reset link (check Spam/Promotions if you don’t see it).
Click the link and follow the steps to create and confirm your new password.
Return to the Doto login page and log in with your updated password.
Check your email
You will receive an email from Doto with the reset link.
Open the message and click the link.
Follow the steps to create and confirm your new password.
Once updated, you can log in with your new email code
If you don’t receive the code
Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
Make sure you entered the correct email address.
If the email is not registered, you may not yet have created an account with it.

Check your Spam folder if you do not find the mail in your inbox.
