If you have received an email notifying you of a bank account being added to your DragonFly profile and you did not make this change, follow the steps below to secure your account.
The first step is to immediately notify DragonFly Support. Please send an email to support@dragonflyathletics.com to notify us of the fraudulent activity.
Once this has been done, please proceed to the steps below.
Step 2: Change Your Email Account Password
As a first step of precaution, we recommend you change the password for the email account associated with your DragonFly account. For instructions on how to do this, consult the support page for your email provider.
Step 3: Reset your DragonFly Password
The next step is to reset your DragonFly account password. To begin, click your profile on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click Change Password
Enter and confirm your new password, then click Change Password.
Your password has now been changed successfully.
Step 4: Delete The Fraudulent Bank Account
Next, delete the fraudulent bank account.

To do this, first navigate to My Money in the left-hand navigation menu. If you manage an organization's financial accounts, the fraudulent activity may be under School Funds.

Click the dropdown for the account you wish to remove.
Click Edit Account
At the bottom of the window, click Delete Bank Account and verify you want to delete the account in the pop-up. The account has now been deleted.
