Have you selected the wrong user role (such as a parent who chose "Athlete") or do you need to cancel your request? Follow the simple steps below to cancel the user role request.

On desktop or mobile, return to the 'Today' page on DragonFly. You will see a blue banner on both that says "Waiting for approval for [your school or organization]" with a trashcan icon next to it (highlighted in the screenshots below).

Simply click the trash can to remove the request for your user role. Then you can connect to your school or organization with the correct role by following the steps in this article:
