Yes, you can choose to use as much (or as little) of our electronic forms management system as you would like. Here's how it would work.

If you decide that you want to stick with the paper process for physical exams, that doesn't need to keep you from having your athletes complete all of their other participation forms electronically. Simply have your athletes follow the same process to complete their electronic participation forms, then provide paper copies of the physical examination form at your mass physical exams. These paper copies can be uploaded into the DragonFly MAX website or mobile app to each athlete's profile.

One other consideration is what to do about the health history form. The doctors at your mass physical exams will likely want to see the answers that athletes said "Yes" to on that document. Rather than having parents complete this document multiple times, you can ask them to print a copy prior to coming to the physicals OR you can print copies at the school and provide these to the athletes when they check-in. You can also provide a tablet or laptop in each exam room so the physician can see this information without having to do any printing.

There are lots of options to make the DragonFly MAX system work for your situation. Let us know if we can help in any way!
