"How do I reject an uploaded Physical Exam (or other document)?"

Not every uploaded document should be approved for an eligibility requirement. Schools can reject a document that doesn't meet the standard.

When a document does not meet your school's requirements, you can Reject that document submitted by the user.

Rejecting documents occurs in the Eligibility Checklist just like approvals.  Simply hover over the "Needs Approval" alert, then click on the alert icon.

When the Document Viewer opens, you will use the side menu to reject that document.  All rejections require a comment to be added, which is sent back to the parent and athlete to let them know exactly what steps they need to take meet the eligibility requirement.

Also, once a document has been rejected, the alert icon changes in the eligibility checklist to specifically remind you that it was rejected.

Below you can see how rejecting a document works.
