Some documents, like physicals, require school approval before counting toward eligibility.

DragonFly securely stores and maintains your documents and provides them to your associated school or organization. However, DragonFly does not view or approve any documents. Only administrators at your school or organization have the authority to do that.

Certain uploads, such as physicals, require administration approval before they count toward eligibility.  

Once you have completed all the required documents in your eligibility checklist, (also known as the "Get Ready" list), the assigned administrator at your school will be able to see which documents in your account still need approval. 

If your account is not showing as "100% eligible" or "Ready," please contact your school administration for faster approval.  Once your documents are approved, you should see "100% Completed" or "Ready" on your account.
