How do I get my AHSAA Superintendent Card?

1. Visit dragonflymax.com and select the 'Log In/Sign Up' button in the top right corner of your screen.

2. Select the 'Sign Up for Free' button, then submit your first name, last name, district email address and password. Check your email for a verification code and then submit that code on the next screen.

3. After accepting the Terms of Service, you will land on the Today page. Click the 'Get Started' button in the center of your screen.

4. Select 'Staff' and then 'Superintendent' and then click the 'Add Superintendent' button in the bottom right corner.

5. Select 'Alabama' as your state. Then, type the name of your school district or system in the search bar. Select your district from the list and click the 'Add' button.

6. Review your information and if everything is correct, click the 'Save' button.

7. A member of the DragonFly team will verify your identity within 1-2 business days and approve your account with access to the school district/system on DragonFly. You will receive a confirmation email from DragonFly once you have been approved.

8. After you have been approved into your school district, log in on your computer's web browser. You will land on your Today page. Scroll down the page and you will see your AHSAA Superintendent Card. Click on the card.

9. Upload a picture for your card. It must be a good quality headshot with no sunglasses or hats. Only the cardholder can appear in the picture.

10. Select 'Review and Pay' and input your payment information to order your card.

11. You will be redirected to your Today page where you will see your card and a 'pending approval' message. Once your card has been approved by the Superintendent and/or AHSAA (depending on your role), you will receive a confirmation email.

12. If you are the superintendent, you will need to approve card applications from your staff members before they receive final approval from the AHSAA. Click here for a tutorial on approving cards at the district level.

13. Once your card has been approved by both your school district and the AHSAA, you will receive a confirmation email and your digital credential will be available immediately in the DragonFly app. Log in with your email address and password, then swipe to the 'Credentials' menu.
