Note: Before you can assign your game workers, they will need to have a DragonFly account and be connected to your school. Click here to view and share instructions with your game workers so they can complete this preliminary step.
1. Log in to DragonFly on your computer's web browser and select 'Game Schedules' in the left-side menu.
2. Select the game you would like to assign, then select the 'Officials and Workers' heading in the right side panel.
3. Select the 'Workers' tab. This will open a list at the bottom of the panel of all available game workers who are connected to your school.
4. Select 'Add Position' then choose the game worker's position from the drop-down menu. You can add all available positions for the game.
6. Find your game worker from the list at the bottom of the panel. You can enter different search parameters, like first and last name or school name, to filter the list.
7. When you've found your game worker, choose their position from the drop-down menu and select the 'Assign' button.
8. Your game worker will receive an email and push notification from the DragonFly MAX app, notifying them about the game assignment. They can accept or reject the assignment in the app. Once they take action on the game assignment, you will receive a notification of their decision.
