Bulk Import Your Game Schedule

Entering your game schedule has never been easier. You can now import a csv/excel file of your games!

1. Log in to DragonFly on your computer's web browser and select β€˜Game Schedules’ in the left-side menu.

2. If you have any existing games, you will automatically see a list of those that have occurred within the last two weeks, along with your upcoming games.

3. Click on "Actions" button at the top

4. Click on "Import Games"

5. Click to Download the Template

6. Once the template is downloaded, you can enter the information in the Excel sheet. **Note** the cells will populate with schools in the selected state that you downloaded the template for AND, you can only import the schedule for one sport and level at a time. So make sure you are completing the template for one sport/level (ex. Varsity Boy's Basketball)

7. Once you have entered in the game information into your template and saved the file, you're ready to upload the file into DragonFly. Follow steps 1-4 to get to the import modal again.

8. Select the Sport and Level in which you are importing for. Then click on "Click here to select a file." You will be prompted to select the file from your computer

9. The next screen will validate your file. If you are missing any required data, the screen will tell you where and what is missing. Update your file. Then Follow Steps 7-9 again. Once your file is formatted correctly, you will have an successful validation.

10. Click on "Import Games" to import the games into the game schedule
