  • How do I schedule an appointment with Dripdok?

    • Answer: To schedule an appointment, you can contact us via WhatsApp or visit our website. Provide your preferred date and time, and we will confirm the availability and book the slot for you.

  • Can I reschedule my appointment?

    • Answer: Yes, you can reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.

      Please note that for EXOSOME treatments, there is a 75,000 IDR rescheduling fee. This fee is due to the complex logistics involved, as the exosome products or cord blood products must remain at -60°C during transport, requiring fresh solid carbon dioxide (CO₂).

  • What payment methods are accepted by Dripdok?

    • Answer: We accept payments via WISE, Stripe, local bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (USDt). For more details on how to process these payments, please contact our customer support.

  • How do I confirm my payment?

    • Answer: Once you have made the payment, please send a screenshot or proof of payment to our WhatsApp number or email. Our finance team will confirm the payment and update your records.

  • What is NAD+ therapy?

    • Answer: NAD+ therapy involves infusions of NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) to improve cellular health, boost energy levels, and support overall well-being. It is often combined with other treatments for enhanced benefits.

  • How do I administer peptide treatments?

    • Answer: Peptide treatments are usually administered via subcutaneous injection. We provide detailed instructions and can arrange for a nurse to guide you through the process A-Z during your first session.

      We will ensure you have a full understanding of usage, handling and storage.

  • How to Get Your Treatment Plan Questions Answered.

    • If you have any questions about your treatment plan, please contact our customer support team. You can leave a voice note, web-chat, WhatsApp message, or schedule a 5-10 minute call if you have multiple questions. Our patient relations team will compile and batch your questions with others for our doctors to address.

    • Please note that our patient relations team members are not doctors and cannot answer medical questions directly. Our doctors will respond to your inquiries between 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

    • For patients ordering peptides without a consultation, please be aware that no medical advice will be provided. Asking for medical advice without a consultation can result in a ban from our services.

  • How are treatment materials delivered?

    • Answer: Treatment materials are delivered to your confirmed address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. For certain treatments, we can also arrange for a nurse to deliver and administer the treatment.

  • What should I do if I need more syringes or other supplies?

    • Answer: If you need more syringes or supplies, please contact our customer support. We will arrange for the delivery of the required items as soon as possible.

  • How do I store my peptides and materials?

    • Most treatment materials, including peptides, have specific storage requirements to maintain their potency:

      Unmixed Peptides:

      • Storage: Store in a freezer.

        Reason: Freezing helps preserve their stability and effectiveness until you are ready to mix them.

        Mixed Peptides (with Bacteriostatic Water):

        • Storage: Store in a refrigerator (not below 2°C)

          Reason: Refrigeration maintains the mixed solution’s integrity and prevents degradation.

        • Detailed storage instructions will be provided with your delivery, ensuring you have all the necessary information to properly store and handle your treatment materials. If you have any further questions about storage or handling, please feel free to contact our customer support team.

  • How often should I have my NAD+ infusions?

  • Can I get a prescription for traveling with my treatment materials?

    • Answer: For a fee of 500,000 IDR we are able provide prescriptions & peptides travel documentation. We can provide you with guidance to help ensure a smooth travel experience.

  • What if I miss a dose of my peptide treatment?

    • Answer: If you miss a dose of your peptide treatment, take it as soon as you remember. If it's close to the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

  • How do I prepare for my NAD+ treatment session?

  • What are the benefits of NAD+ therapy?

    • Answer: NAD+ therapy can improve cellular health, increase energy levels, enhance cognitive function, and support overall well-being. It is also used for anti-aging and recovery purposes.


Troubleshooting Common Issues:

  1. Delayed Responses: We strive to respond within our business hours. If you do not receive a response, it maybe due to being active with a patient or handling of sensitive materials (exosomes, NAD, etc.) please try contacting us again.

  2. Scheduling Conflicts: ​If you encounter issues with scheduling, please check for the next available slot or contact our support team for assistance. As an at-home service, weather conditions may impact our timing and could necessitate a "force majeure" rescheduling. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to accommodate your needs promptly.

  3. Payment Errors: ​Ensure you are using the correct payment method and details. Contact our billing department if issues persist.
