Oura Ring

  1. Open the Oura App on your smartphone.

  2. Navigate to Settings by tapping the gear icon.

  3. Select 'Account' and then tap 'Export Data.'

  4. Choose the time period you want to export data for.

  5. Select CSV or XML as the file format.

  6. Download the file to your device.


Apple Watch (using the Health Export CSV App)

  1. Download and install the 'Health Export CSV' app from the App Store.

  2. Open the Health Export CSV App.

  3. Grant permissions for the app to access your health data.

  4. Select the data types and time range you want to export.

  5. Tap on 'Export' to generate the CSV file.

  6. Save the file to your device.


Garmin Watches

  1. Open Garmin Connect on your smartphone.

  2. Log in to your account.

  3. Navigate to 'More' and then select 'Settings'.

  4. Tap on 'Export Your Data'.

  5. Choose the time period and select CSV as the format.

  6. Download the file to your device.


Whoop

  1. Open the Whoop App on your smartphone.

  2. Go to 'Profile' by tapping your profile picture.

  3. Select 'Settings' and then tap on 'Data Export'.

Fitbit

  1. Open the Fitbit Dashboard on your computer.

Exporting Data from Ultrahuman Ring
