How to Create Multiple Proposals for the One Client

This article will show you how to create multiple proposals for one client on the same deal.

1. Click on the Deal Name

Click on the Deal Name

2. Click on New Proposal

Click on New Proposal

3. Select Proposal

Here, you can select a previously saved proposal template or choose blank to start from scratch.

4. Make any required edits to the Proposal & Click View Deal

1) Make any required edits to the Proposal
2) Click View Deal

5. You now have a Proposal attached to your Deal & the Deal Card has

moved automatically to the In Draft Stage on your Sales Pipeline

6. Click on New Proposal

Click on New Proposal

7. Select Proposal

For this example, we'll pretend that we have a specific crew for Cabinet Refinishing, and we need a separate proposal for that service. This will allow us to also have a separate Work Order for this crew that does not include the interior painting from Proposal #1.

Select Proposal

8. Make any required edits to the Proposal & Click View Deal

1) Make any required edits to the Proposal
2) Click View Deal

9. You now have (2) Proposals attached to the same Deal
