How to Duplicate a Proposal Template
1. Click on Proposal Templates
2. Click on a Template
3. Click on Actions
4. Click on Duplicate Template
5. Update the Template Name
In this example, we are creating a November Special (10% off) for Interior Painting - Walls.
6. Click on Duplicate
7. Edit the new Duplicate Template
We can now add the November (10% off) discount.
8. Click on Apply Discount
9. Click on 10%
10. Enter Note
This will be the description that shows up on the proposal and invoice for the customer.
11. Click on Save
12. Your New Template is now available
How to Duplicate a Proposal Inside of a Deal
13. Click on Sales Pipeline
14. Click on a Proposal from Deal Card
15. The current Proposal will open
16. Click on Duplicate Proposal (bottom right)
17. Make any needed changes
You can change the status of the proposal, Deal Name, Stage...
18. Click on Duplicate
19. Click on View Deal
20. You now have (2) Proposals on the same Deal
You can make any required changes to your duplicate proposal by clicking on the proposal number to open it.
