Manually Adding a Line Item to an Existing Invoice

This article will explain how to add a line item to an invoice that has been created.

Please note that any changes made on Invoices will not reflect on Proposals. If you want the Proposal to reflect the changing total and additional item as well, you would need to create a Change Order. Find more on that here.


1. Go to the Jobs Pipeline and Click on the Invoice

Click on Jobs Pipeline

2. Click on 'Add Item'

Click on Add Item

3. Select the Product or Service you Would Like to Add to the Invoice

Click on Select a product or service...

4. Adjust the Price and Other Variables as Needed

Type "150"

5. Click on 'Save' to Register the Changes

Click on Save

6. The Item Will be Added to the Invoice

Click on Cabinet Refinishing

7. It Will Also be Added to the Totals and Balance of the Invoice

Click on Invoice
