Adding Optional Items to Proposals

This article will show you how to offer optional line items that customers can choose to add to their Proposal.

1. Navigate to the desired Proposal

Navigate to the desired Proposal

2. Click on Add Optional Item

Click on Add Optional Item

3. Select the Product/Service for the Optional Item

Select the Product/Service for the Optional Item

4. Fill out other needed information

5. Be sure Optional Item is toggled on

6. Click on Save

Click on Save

7. The item will now populate under Optional Items in the Proposal

Accepting Optional Items

1. The Optional Add-On will be on the customer's Proposal

The Optional Add-On will be on the customer's Proposal

2. The customer can click Add to add the Optional Add-On to their Proposal

The customer can click Add to add the Optional Add-On to their Proposal

3. A price for Total Add-Ons will be displayed above the Total automatically
