Adding Optional Items to Proposals

This article will show you how to offer optional line items that customers can choose to add to their Proposal.

1. Open to the Desired Proposal and Click on 'Add Optional Item'

Click on Add Optional Item

2. Select the Product/Service for the Optional Item

Click on Select a product or service...

3. Fill out Other Needed Information

Click on Cabinet Refinishing

4. Be sure 'Optional Item' is Toggled ON

5. Click on 'Save'

Click on Save

6. The Item Will now Populate Under 'Optional Items' in the Proposal

Click on Optional Items

Accepting Optional Items

1. The Optional Add-On Will be on the Customer's Proposal

Click on Optional add-on - Not Included in Proposal

2. The Customer can Click 'Add' to add the Optional Add-On to their Proposal

Click on Add

3. A Price for Total Add-Ons Will be Displayed Above the Total Automatically

Click on Total Add-Ons
