1. Sales Pipeline
Your Sales Pipeline comes with (7) default Stages (See this Article for more on these.)
Your Dripjobs Customer Success Specialist can add custom stages for you to the pipeline.
Note: We are not able to edit the names of existing Deal Stages.
2. Custom Sales Pipeline Stage
In this example, we've added a new stage for "Hot Leads." These are Warm Leads who have taken the next step in expressing interest in our service.
For our purposes, we want to put these leads into a new stage, so we can easily see those who might be close to booking an estimate with us.
To do this, once a lead responds to marketing, we can click & drag their deal card over to Hot Leads.

5. Custom Stage Drip Sequence
Along with this new stage, we've created a custom Drip Sequence.
In this example, we've created a follow up email to leads who have expressed an interest in a marketing campaign we sent out for 10% off in November.

9. Custom Jobs Pipeline Stage
In this example, we've created a new stage for "Pending Payment."
This allows us a way to segment completed work with an open balance from active jobs, without triggering the Request a Review Drip. We might also create a Drip Sequence reminding customers in this stage of their remaining balance.
