1. From the Sales Pipeline, find the Deal Card
2. Click on the Invoice (#)
3. Click on Settings
From here ensure your deposit and payment setting are set.
4. Click on Send Proposal
5. Click on Send
6. Once your customer receives the proposal they need to sign and
accept it to move the Deal Card to the Jobs Pipeline and generate an Invoice.
1.) Client receives Proposal
2.) Client Signs Proposal
3.) Client clicks Submit Signature
4.) Client clicks either Accept or chooses a deposit payment option
7. The Deal Card will move automatically to the Jobs Pipeline & an
Invoice will be created.
8. Click on the Invoice (#)
9. View Invoice
How to Create a Manual Invoice
1. Click on Invoices
2. Click on Actions
3. Click on Create New Invoice
4. Click on New Contact
5. Select a Contact from the dropdown or enter info for a new one
6. Click on Next Step
7. Create an Invoice, by adding Line Items
Once the Invoice is built, click Save & Generate Invoice
