Marking Proposals as Rejected

This article will detail how to mark sent Proposals as Rejected by the client.

Customers cannot mark Proposals as Rejected themselves. The deal will need to be manually moved to the Proposal(s) Rejected stage (see steps below) OR you can click and drag the deal card to the Proposal(s) Rejected stage if on a computer browser.

1. Find the Proposal / Deal that needs to be marked Rejected

2. Click on the purple Deal Name

3. Change the Current Stage to Proposal(s) Rejected

4. The Current Sequence will change to Proposal Rejected Re-Engagement

5. You can then choose to Disable Drips for the specific customer

Note: This will ensure the customer will not get any Drips from the Proposal Rejected Re-Engagement Sequence.

6. Click on Save to register the changes

7. The Deal will now be in the Proposal(s) Rejected stage and labeled as Rejected

Note: You can find and edit the Proposal Reject Re-Engagement Drips in the Drips section under Management in your account.
