1. Click on New Proposal
2. Select Proposal
Either Blank (to start fresh) or choose a Template
3. Complete the Start New Proposal form
4. Click on Start
5. Build or edit your Proposal
A Deal Card will be automatically created in the In Draft stage of Sales Pipeline.
6. Set Deposit and Payment Schedule options
7. Click on Send Proposal
8. Send Proposal to client for review
Once the client has signed and accepted the proposal, the Deal Card will automatically move from Proposal Sent to Project Accepted under the Jobs Pipeline and an Invoice will be created. From there, you can schedule the job and move it through the process to completion.
