Archiving vs. Rejecting a Proposal

This article will describe the difference between archiving and rejecting a Proposal.

Archiving a Proposal

When a Proposal is archived, it shows up under the customer's Contact information as Cancelled. No Drips or further communication will go out to the client.

1. Click on the desired Proposal to archive

2. Click on Archive Deal at the bottom right

3. The Deal will show up as Cancelled under Deals in the customer's Contact information

Rejecting a Proposal

Marking a Proposal as Rejected initiates a Drip Sequence trying to re-engage the customer.


1. Click and drag the desired Proposal to the Proposal(s) Rejected stage

2. The Proposal Rejected Re-Engagement Drip Sequence will be selected

3. You can choose to Disable the Drip Sequence if desired as well

4. Click on Move

5. The Proposal will now be marked as Rejected

Note: You can view or edit the Proposal Rejected Re-Engagement Drip Sequence by going to Drips under Management
