How to Have Multiple Terms & Conditions

This article will walk you through creating & using T&C templates.

🤔 What to do if you have multiple T&Cs for different types of jobs?

Example: Commercial and Residential Painting


1. Click on 'Proposal Templates'

Click on Proposal Templates


2. Click on 'Manage Custom Section Templates'

Click on Manage Custom Section Templates


3. Click on 'New Section Template'

Click on New Section Template


4. Enter a 'Title'

For this example, we are creating a template for Residential Terms & Conditions for use on residential proposals.

Enter a Title


5. Paste Your Content & Click on ‘Save'

Click on Save


💡 if You Will Be Using This Template in Place of Existing T&CS, You Can Remove the Current Terms From Your Company Settings


1. Click on 'Company Settings'

Click on  Company Settings


2. Click on 'Templates'

Click on Templates


3. Highlight the Existing Terms From the Terms & Conditions Section and Delete Them

Highlight the existing terms from the Terms & Conditions section and delete them


4. The Terms and Conditions Have Been Removed

T&C's removed


5. Click on 'Save'

Click on Save


📜 How to Select Your New T&C's Template


1. Click on 'Sales Pipeline'

2. Open a Deal

3. Select a Proposal (Or Start From Scratch With Blank)

Select a Proposal (or start from scratch with Blank)


4. Click on 'Custom Sections'

Click on Custom Sections


5. Click on 'Add Custom Section'

Click on Add Custom Section


6. Select from 'Available Templates'

Select from Available Templates


7. Click on 'Save'

Click on Save


8. New Terms Will Be Updated

New Terms will be updated


9. This Will Be the Client’s View on Their Proposal

... and will be visible to the client on their proposal
