🤔 What to do if you have multiple T&Cs for different types of jobs?
Example: Commercial and Residential Painting
1. Click on Proposal Templates
2. Click on Manage Custom Section Templates
3. Click on New Section Template
4. Enter a Title
For this example, we are creating a template for Residential Terms & Conditions for use on residential proposals.
5. Paste content & click on Save
💡 If you will be using this template in place of existing T&Cs, you can remove the current terms from your Company Settings
1. Click on Company Settings
2. Click on Templates
3. Highlight the existing terms from the Terms & Conditions section and delete them
4. T&C's removed
5. Click on Save
📜 How to Select Your New T&C's Template
1. Click on Sales Pipeline
2. Open a Deal
3. Select a Proposal (or start from scratch with Blank)
4. Click on Custom Sections
5. Click on Add Custom Section
6. Select from Available Templates
7. Click on Save
8. New Terms will be updated
9. ... and will be visible to the client on their proposal
