How to Have Multiple Terms & Conditions

This article will walk you through creating & using T&C templates.

πŸ€” What to do if you have multiple T&Cs for different types of jobs?

Example: Commercial and Residential Painting


1. Click on Proposal Templates

Click on Proposal Templates


2. Click on Manage Custom Section Templates

Click on Manage Custom Section Templates


3. Click on New Section Template

Click on New Section Template


4. Enter a Title

For this example, we are creating a template for Residential Terms & Conditions for use on residential proposals.

Enter a Title


5. Paste content & click on Save

Click on Save


πŸ’‘ If you will be using this template in place of existing T&Cs, you can remove the current terms from your Company Settings


1. Click on Company Settings

2. Click on Templates

3. Highlight the existing terms from the Terms & Conditions section and delete them

5. Click on Save
