This article will detail how to offer upgrades by using optional items on Proposals.

1. Choose the desired Proposal

2. Click on Add Line Item

3. Select the initial Product/Service to offer

7. Select the desired "better" option

8. Enter a description

9. Enter the upsell price

Note: This would be how much more the "better" option would cost than the initial Product/Service.

Note: This would be how much more the "best" option would cost than the initial Product/Service.

17. Click on Add to add a Client Note to the Proposal

18. Enter a note explaining the Good, Better, Best options

20. The Optional Add-On options will now be on the customer Proposal
