1. Look for the Deal/Customer where the item you need to change is
2. Click on the Proposal #
3. Click on the Purple Name of the item
4. This pop-up will show up
5. Click on the name of the product
6. Delete the old one and type the one you like
7. Click on Save
8. You will see the new name now
Deleting Items
1. Click on the name of the product/service
2. Click on Delete
3. Your product/service will now be deleted
