See below for an overview of what the customer sees when viewing the Customer Portal.

1. Click on Company Settings

3. You will see all your PDF files here

To see the client's view of the Portal...


4. Click on Sales Pipeline

5. Look for the deal you would like to check

6. Click on the Proposal #

7. Once we are in, your proposal will look like this

8. Click on View Portal

9. At the left side of the page, your client will see the PDF files under "Company Documents"

10. And below, your social media links will be displayed.

These can be added in your Company Information section of Company Settings.

Your client will have the option to see their proposals and invoices, request a new appointment, manage their emails, visit your website, and see your reviews.


11. Click on "My Proposals"

12. This will show them their Proposals one by one.

14. This will show them the Invoices one by one.

15. Click on Request Appointment

Your client can make a new appointment request from here

18. Your client has the option to stop receiving emails here

19. They may visit your website and check your reviews here
